Who you are buying from

By buying a reading or subscribing to Companion you agree to these terms. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer under EU or Italian law.

What we sell

One-time readings: a personalised numerology and astrology guide, computed from the birth details you give us, written for you, and delivered as a PDF by email. Essential €29, Complete €49, Together (compatibility) €68, Gold (with five personal questions answered) €79.

Companion: a recurring subscription at €15 per month giving unlimited ongoing chat with an AI coach that has your full chart. Billed monthly, cancellable at any time.

All prices are in euro and include any applicable VAT. If you are shown an approximate price in another currency, that is a display convenience only — the actual charge is made in euro, and your bank’s conversion rate applies.

Delivery

Readings are generated and emailed as soon as payment completes, usually within a few minutes. If yours has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then email hello@stellamica.com — we will resend it.

Companion access begins immediately after your first payment; your login link is emailed automatically.

Refunds

Readings carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with what you received, email hello@stellamica.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify the request.

This is deliberately more generous than the law requires: for digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal normally ends the moment delivery begins. We honour the 14 days anyway.

Companion subscription, renewal and cancellation

Companion renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, in one click, from the billing portal linked inside your account — no email, no phone call, no retention conversation.

Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.

If a payment fails, we retry and your access pauses until it succeeds. If you would rather leave than fix it, cancel — we will not keep charging a card that is clearly finished.

Deleting your account (see the Privacy Policy) cancels your subscription at the same time.

What this service is, and is not

Stellamica is for reflection, perspective and company. The numerology and astrology values we compute are real and deterministic — anyone with your birth details would arrive at the same numbers — and the writing built on them is genuinely personal to you.

It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and neither a reading nor Companion is a substitute for a licensed professional in any of those fields. Nothing we write is a prediction of a specific future event, and no outcome is guaranteed. Decisions you make remain yours.

If you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or crisis line rather than an AI coach.

Fair use

Your reading is for you. You may keep it, print it, and share it with people you choose. You may not resell it, republish it commercially, or present it as your own work.

Companion is described as unlimited and is meant to be used that way by a real person. There is a generous daily message cap in place purely to stop automated abuse; it is set well above normal use, and if you ever genuinely reach it, tell us and we will look at it.

Do not use the service to abuse, impersonate or gather information about another person, or to attempt to extract or attack the underlying systems.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
