Each guide is generated by our analysis platform, which combines classical natal-chart and numerological computation with advanced AI language technology, structured by the Stellamica method. Two specialists — an astrologer and a numerologist — read every guide before delivery, to ensure the warmth and care we promise.

Is this medical, financial or legal advice?

No. Stellamica guides are for self-reflection and personal insight; they are not medical, financial, or legal advice. They are a quiet companion for thinking, not a substitute for professional care.

How is my data protected?

Your birth details are used only to create your guide. They are never shared, never sold, and stored only as long as needed to send your reading. You can request deletion at any time. GDPR protected. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.

When does my guide arrive?

Within minutes of payment, your guide arrives in your inbox as a typeset PDF. If anything ever goes wrong, write to hello@stellamica.com and we will reply personally within one day.

I don't know my exact birth time. Is that a problem?

No. A precise time gives the most detailed reading, but an approximate time is perfectly fine. We will use the closest reasonable estimate and note this gently in your guide.

What if I am not happy with it?

You have fourteen days to write to us and ask for a full refund — no questions, no friction. We would rather you feel calm about your choice than carry any regret.

What's the difference between a reading and Companion?

A reading is a one-time, in-depth guide delivered as a PDF. Companion is an ongoing subscription — unlimited chat with a coach that already knows your full chart, so you never have to explain yourself again. Many people start with a reading and continue with Companion when they want an ongoing place to think things through.

Is Companion chat medical, financial or legal advice?
